Each cap is designed in-house and 3D printed in Arizona in small batches to ensure consistent quality, fit, and durability. The AzJake Creations logo is molded directly into the cap for clear identification and authenticity.

Rather than rigid plastics, these caps are printed from flexible TPU polyurethane to create a secure seal that installs easily while holding up to outdoor exposure. The integrated storage ring makes it easy to hang, tether, or keep the cap close at hand when not in use.

Why TPU?

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is intentionally selected for propane valve protection in outdoor and mobile environments:

• Excellent strength in 3D-printed parts without brittleness

• Superior UV resistance for long-term outdoor exposure

• Slight flexibility for easy install and removal

• Durable and impact resistant compared to rigid plastics

• Won’t crack or seize over time
