Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order—or, for an order delivered in multiple shipments, 30 days after receiving the last item—to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging when applicable. You will also need the receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Products may be removed from their packaging for reasonable inspection. Items showing signs of installation, use, modification, misuse, damage, or excessive handling may not qualify for a full refund.

Customers who checked out using only a phone number might not be able to access the customer accounts page. In that case, use the return link provided in your SMS order confirmation or contact us at jake@azjake.com.

After your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send the item. Items returned without first submitting a return request may not be accepted.

You must ship the returned goods within 14 days after notifying us that you wish to return the order, unless we provide a different return deadline in writing.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including returns based on preference, accidental orders, or compatibility issues that were accurately disclosed in the product listing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in this policy.

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect due to an error by AzJake Creations, contact us before returning it. When appropriate, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or another reasonable resolution.

Shipping charges from unauthorized or independently arranged returns will not be reimbursed unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.

Normal characteristics of 3D-printed products—including visible layer lines, minor surface texture, small cosmetic variations, or slight color differences—are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s intended function.

Exceptions and Nonreturnable Items

The following items cannot be returned except when defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products manufactured or modified to a customer’s specifications
  • Digital products or downloadable files after access or delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been installed, used, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery
  • Items specifically identified as final sale where such an exclusion is permitted by law

Sale or discounted items remain eligible under this policy unless they are clearly identified as final sale and applicable law permits the exclusion.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union and European Economic Area Customers

Customers in the European Union or European Economic Area may cancel or withdraw from an eligible distance purchase without providing a reason.

AzJake Creations voluntarily extends the withdrawal-request period to 30 days after delivery of the order or, for an order delivered in multiple shipments, 30 days after delivery of the last item.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days unless we authorize a longer period in writing.

For a qualifying withdrawal:

  • The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise.
  • We will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least-expensive standard outbound delivery method offered for the order.
  • Additional costs resulting from an upgraded, expedited, or premium shipping method selected by the customer will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive notice of the withdrawal.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

The customer may inspect the goods as they reasonably would in a physical store. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and function.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized products, certain digital content after delivery has begun with the customer’s consent, or other products exempt under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or nonconforming goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method. For returns outside the European Union or European Economic Area, we generally process approved refunds within 10 business days after inspection.

For qualifying EU or EEA withdrawals, refunds will be handled according to the timing requirements described in the European Union and European Economic Area Customers section above.

After we issue a refund, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post it to your account.
