Return and Refund Policy

AzJake Creations accepts returns from customers in the United States within 30 days of delivery (for orders delivered in multiple shipments, 30 days after delivery of the last item). We currently accept returns from United States addresses only.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be new and unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping is free. After your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.

Starting a Return

To request a return, visit your customer account and select the applicable order: https://shopify.com/68255547562/account or contact us at jake@azjake.com. Items returned without first submitting a return request may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. Normal characteristics of 3D-printed products, such as visible layer lines, minor surface texture, or slight color variations, are not considered defects when they do not affect function.

Nonreturnable Items

Unless defective or incorrect, the following cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized products, products made to a customer's specifications, digital products after delivery, gift cards, and items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different product, request a return for the original item and place a separate order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. Questions? Contact jake@azjake.com.
